The majority of our items fit true to size. Size charts are listed under each item's description so you will be able to review it when placing your order.

Each item will have shipping information listed under its description. Some items will ship out within 7 business days (Ready to Ship), and others will be shipped when they are received from the manufacturer (Pre-Order). Please review our Shipping Policy for more information.

Sometimes, we may have some extras available that we will post as they become available.

Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping notification that contains tracking information. You can also access order and shipping information by logging into your account and selecting the order number.

Yes! You can select and cart a gift card as you would any other product. Upon checking out, the code will be sent immediately to the email you provide. You MUST enter a CORRECT/VALID email address at checkout to receive the E-Gift Card.

Please check each item description, including sizing, carefully. Orders cannot be canceled or changed in any way once the order is placed.

Address changes, size changes, etc., will not be able to be edited once the order is placed. Please order carefully.

Returns & Exchanges

From Our Family to Yours: Understanding Returns & Exchanges

Our goal is always to provide our families with beautiful pieces that you and your littles’ LOVE. We want your experience with our pieces to be magically memorable.  

Each of our items is limited. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted for any other reason (I.e., changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, or sizing issues (a size chart will be provided with each release). Please order carefully - no changes or cancellations are allowed after an order is placed.   

Exchanges and returns for defective or damaged items are available 7 days after your order is delivered. Exchanges will be provided based on in-stock availability. If an exchange is not available, a refund will be issued. The defective or damaged item must be received within 7 days of delivery. After this time, we can’t offer a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made to this policy. 

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unworn and in the same condition and packaging that you received it. The original tags need to be attached to the item. 

To initiate a return, email us at sweetpetuniablue@gmail.com with your order number and defective item information. You will need to include a photo of the defect.

Once your item is received and the defect is inspected, you will receive an email approving your return. Exchanges and refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Hand wash or machine wash on a delicate cycle with cold water followed by air drying allowing each piece to bask in the soft breeze. Tailoring Timelines: Pre-Orders and Ready to Ship Delights

You will find specific shipping information under each item's description. 

PRE-ORDERS 

Sweet Petunia Blue is not held liable for any unforeseen delays that may occur if you place a pre-order. Please take extra care when placing your order, as we do not issue refunds for unexpected delays, change of mind, incorrect sizing, or cancellations. Sweet Petunia Blue will update you once your items are shipping.

When placing a pre-order, you will proceed to place your order as usual and make full payment for your order. Your order will be shipped within 7 business days of the arrival of the ordered pre-order item(s). This is usually before or by the date estimated  on the description page of the item. 

RTS

Ready to Ship orders will ship within 7 business days of your order being placed. 

Sweet Petunia Blue is NOT responsible for lost packages. Once you have received tracking from us via email and your package leaves our possession, we are no longer responsible for any packages. Please make sure you purchase Route Protection. This will aid in any issues with missing packages.
